Production Time and Availability?
Tifaifai Boutik allows you to compose your order by choosing your custom color combination. More than 20 colors are available and thus all items proposed by Tifaifai Boutik are custom made especially for you! Our original manufacture that offers a quality worthy of the handmade, must mean a period ranging from 7 to 15 days of production.
Fabrics and Washing instructions?
Our fabric polycotton gives a luxurious softness and smoothness with long lasting durability. It resists creasing, colors do not fade, it washes easily and dries quickly.
- Resists creasing Colors do not fade.
- Dry cleaning or washing machine 60 degrees.
- Chlorine is strongly not recommended with colors.
- Softener recommended.
- Dries quickly, light ironing is enough.

Embroidered with machine by our talented seamstress and assembled by hand, each item is unique. Quality control is crucial in our production process. We ensure that every single item are consistent with our tradition of excellence.

We utilise industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Order Confirmation?
We will send you an email within 24 working hours after receipt of your order as confirmation. A production time will be confirmed with expected delivery time.
Address & Contact?
E-mails sent to you will be to the address you specify to us. It is important that you give us an accurate and valid e-mail address and tell us of any changes to it.
Shipping
Price & Fret Cost?
Our prices are shown in US$ Fob or € Indonesia. Cost Fret will be calculated as soon as country and city are mentionned in confirmation of your order. We work with the carrier TNT. A tracking number will be given at confirmation of shipment.
Invoice Packing List?
An invoice will be automatically send in the packing. Nevertheless, you are wishing to send a gift or you do not want any invoice in your packing, remember to mention it at the step of payment by ticking the requested cell.
Delivery Area
Fret cost is calculated for the area of the list established. You are leaving in another country, please send us a mail with your address, we will confirm fret cost for your destination.
Custom Duties and VAT?
Tifaifai Boutik sales price are FOB US$ or € Indonesia + freight and do not include any taxes or VAT of countries of destination
Tifaifai Boutik cannot be held responsible for any of these extra fees nor be required to reimburse them.
Customs duties and/or VAT are calculated by each country of destination based on applicable rates and exemptions in force in those countries.
The company in charge of final delivery to the client (Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT…) will bill the client for customs clearance fees and any other taxes or duties liable.
